People Development — talent development services focused on building high-performing teams and supporting individual professional growth.
The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees for any engagement will be set out in a separate Statement of Work, Proposal, or Service Agreement agreed in writing between Holarchy and the client.

6. Fees and Payment
Fees for our services will be agreed in advance and set out in the applicable Statement of Work or Service Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed:

Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.

All fees are stated exclusive of applicable taxes including GST, which will be added where required by law.

Holarchy reserves the right to suspend services if invoices remain unpaid beyond the agreed payment terms.

Where out-of-pocket expenses are incurred on behalf of the client, these will be invoiced at cost unless otherwise agreed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

Holarchy's total liability to you in connection with any engagement or use of this website shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Holarchy in the three months immediately preceding the relevant claim.

Holarchy shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or incidental loss or damage, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes or limits Holarchy's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Termination
Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as specified in the relevant Statement of Work or Service Agreement. In the absence of a specific termination provision, either party may terminate an engagement on 30 days' written notice.
Upon termination, the client shall pay for all services rendered and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. Holarchy will return or destroy client confidential information as directed, subject to any legal retention obligations.
13. Amendments to These Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our website or services following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
